Terms of Use & Risk Disclosure
Last updated: July 2026
Please read this carefully before using DollarPad (the “Interface”). By connecting a wallet or otherwise interacting with the Interface or the underlying DollarPad smart contracts (the “Protocol”), you agree to the terms below.
1. What DollarPad is
DollarPad is a non-custodial, permissionless web interface to a set of smart contracts deployed on the Stable blockchain (chain id 988). It lets any wallet create a token on a bonding curve, trade on that curve, and — once a curve is fully subscribed — automatically seed a public liquidity pool with the tokens and funds raised, burning the resulting liquidity tokens. We do not operate a custodial exchange, do not hold user funds off-chain, and do not have the ability to reverse, freeze, or recover any on-chain transaction.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on this Interface is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Tokens created through DollarPad are created permissionlessly by third parties, not by us, and we do not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for any token’s content, purpose, or value. Anyone can create a token about anything. Assume every token has no intrinsic value unless you have independently verified otherwise.
3. Assumption of risk
- Total loss. Cryptoassets are highly volatile and illiquid. You should be prepared to lose the entire value of anything you use to interact with the Protocol.
- Smart contract risk. The Protocol has been tested (including automated unit, fuzz, and mainnet-fork tests) but is unaudited. Software bugs, economic exploits, or unforeseen interactions with other on-chain contracts (including the router and pools it integrates with) could result in partial or total loss of funds.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed, by us or anyone else.
- No deposit protection. Funds used with the Protocol are not covered by any deposit insurance, investor protection scheme, or equivalent (e.g. FDIC, SIPC).
- Third-party risk. The Protocol interacts with external infrastructure — the Stable network itself, its canonical DEX contracts, RPC providers, and your own wallet software — none of which we control.
- Regulatory risk. The legal status of tokens, DeFi protocols, and cryptoassets varies by jurisdiction and is evolving. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Protocol is lawful where you are.
4. Eligibility
You represent that you are legally permitted to use blockchain-based interfaces and cryptoassets in your jurisdiction, are not on any government sanctions or denied-party list, and are not a resident of, or accessing the Interface from, a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
5. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the custody of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases; for any gas or network fees; for reviewing transaction details before signing them; and for any tax reporting obligations arising from your use of the Protocol. We never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and you should treat any request to enter one into a website, form, or message as fraudulent.
6. "As is", no warranty
The Interface and Protocol are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Interface or Protocol will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Interface or Protocol, including loss of funds, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Interface after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to the operator of this site.
This page is a general-purpose template for a non-custodial DeFi interface; it is not a substitute for legal advice and makes no claims about any specific company or legal entity. If you operate this Interface commercially, have it reviewed by counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.
