Privacy Policy

DollarPad (the “Interface”) is a non-custodial, client-side application that lets you interact directly with the DollarPad smart contract on the Stable blockchain. This policy explains what little data the Interface handles, because there is genuinely very little of it: DollarPad has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no backend database.
1. Information we don't collect
We do not ask for your name, email, or any identifying information. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We never see your wallet’s private key or seed phrase — your wallet software (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) signs transactions locally and only ever shares your public address and signed transactions with us.
2. Information that is unavoidably public
Everything you do through the Interface — creating a token, buying, selling, claiming fees — is a transaction on the Stable blockchain, a public, permissionless ledger. Your wallet address and every transaction you make are permanently visible to anyone on-chain and on block explorers like StableScan, independent of this website. That is a property of blockchains generally, not something DollarPad adds on top.
3. Local storage
If you visit a token page through a referral link (a URL containing ?ref=0x…), we save that referrer address in your browser’s local storage so a later trade you make can credit them. This value never leaves your browser except as part of a transaction you explicitly submit on-chain; it is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with any third party. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.
4. Server logs
Like effectively every website, the infrastructure hosting this Interface may keep standard, short-lived technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and debugging. These are not linked to any on-chain identity and are not used for tracking or sold to anyone.
5. Third-party RPC providers
The Interface reads blockchain data from a public RPC endpoint (by default, Stable’s own rpc.stable.xyz). Requests you make while browsing are sent to that RPC provider, which may log request metadata (such as IP address) under its own privacy practices, outside our control.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it. Since there are no accounts, we have no way to notify you individually — check back here if you want the latest version.
